Last 6 and 7 February, Paesano Authentic celebrated the tradition and innovation of Sicilian mixology with two exclusive events in Luxembourg. Two evenings dedicated to the art of good drinking, hosting two great protagonists of the Italian scene:Sergio Mannino owner of the famous cocktail bar Sabir of Palermo, and Daniele De Carolis winner of the Messina Cocktail Week.

Guest shift by Sergio Mannino at the lounge bar of 'Come à la Maison

The lounge bar of Come à la Maison- concept store that celebrates Italian excellence - welcomed Sergio Mannino for a unique guest shift. For three hours, during the aperitif, customers were able to taste four classics revisited with products Paesano discovering new ways of appreciating the Sicilian liqueur tradition.
The enthusiasm was not long in coming: the guests enjoyed Sergio's cocktails so much that many have already returned to ask about his venue in Palermo, in view of the summer holidays e. A clear signal of how Paesano Authentic is not just a brand, but a true ambassador of Sicilian flavours in the world.
Daniele De Carolis enchants the audience at the Ceruzzi restaurant
The second evening featured Daniele De Carolis bartender and champion of the Messina Cocktail Week, at Ceruzzi Group's new restaurant 'Come à la Maison' in the district Cloche d'Or.

In addition to delighting the audience with a Sicily-inspired drink list, Daniele put on a show with his mastery in the flair bartending providing moments of pure entertainment. Among the cocktails presented, stood out "Hecho in Mexico"the drink with which he triumphed at the Messina Cocktail Week a perfect balance between Prickly pear, Tequila and Mezcal in a homage to Sicilian and South American flavours.
A bond that continues
These two evenings were an important moment for Paesano not only to introduce its liqueurs to the international public, but also to consolidate the relationship with two Italian mixology talents. With Sergio Mannino e Daniele De Carolis collaboration is only just beginning, and there will be no shortage of new opportunities to further Paesano's mission:enhancing the authenticity and quality of Sicilian liqueurs in the world.
